Our Problem
It is extremely difficult to attract retail, as well as retain successful retail business, in downtown Glen Ellyn. We currently have an occupant at 535 Pennsylvania, however we are constantly looking for future tenants.
- We would like retail, no restaurant, however open to non-cooking food/drink establishments such as candy/ice cream.
- We purchased the building with intention to have our company occupy the back ¾ of the building and them make the front ¼ on street side retail.
- The front side is completely redone, new front entrance, new windows, new canopy.
- The front is 2,000 square feet, which could be divided into two separate retail spots or one big spot.
